Mountain woman Queenie Weaver wants to protect her property from some slick land grabbers. Rick Ryder, lawyer and private investigator, with Queenie are out looking over her property when they discover a dead body at the bottom of a waterfall. When a marijuana plot is also discovered on her land, she is arrested for murder and growing weed. Rick is enlisted by Queenie's attorney to investigate. Wilson does a fine job of thickening the plot and bringing it to a conclusion. With the case solved, the final paragraph let's you know Rick Ryder isn't ready for retirement yet. 4 Stars
