Hi, My Name Is Maryann

This is a courageous account of the tumultuous marriage of Mary Ann and Eddie. Eddie was a sweet loving guy when he married Mary Ann, but he was raised in a hard-drinking family. Shortly after their honeymoon, Eddie's drinking problem grew and Mary Ann could tell it was trouble. Needless to say, it caused ups and downs in their marriage. At one point the stress on Mary Ann grew so high, she turned to gambling for appeasement. Wisely, Mary Ann took advantage of addiction support groups for help. Eddie's physical condition became grave and he needed a heart transplant to save his life. Eddie was a lucky man, he not only had a loving wife who never quit on him, he also got the heart he so desperately needed. 4 Stars
