Amanda Purcella had a perfect life, a wonderful husband, Tony and an amazing child, Jenny. When Tony was abducted and Jenny nearly abducted, she thought it was due to Tony's job. Tony, a criminal attorney had some dubious clients, but Amanda, aka Miranda Bell, had a past and it finally caught up with her. Miranda had testified against Samuel King, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison and now was out. He was determined to exact his own form of justice against her and the judge that put him away. Amanda decided the only way to save Tony and put her family together again was to face her persecutor face to face. Finch has written a nicely paced thriller that is sure to keep your head in the book. 4 Stars
